I was born in Mexico City and studied Industrial Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana. I found my passion when l studied photography at the London College of Printing and graduated from the British Institute of Professional Photography. I have been taking pictures for over 35 years. I am the owner of a Publishing Company specializing in editing coffee table books, mainly of my images.

I have taught a Photography course for over 30 years at the high school level in Bachilletato Alexander Bain in Mexico City. There, l arrange trips throughout Mexico and around the world with groups of teenagers to share my passion for wildlife photography and make them understand the importance of keeping our world safe and clean.

Now, l have traded all those years of sports and magazine portraits, cd covers, agencies, and direct clients, for the pleasure of being in touch with nature and shooting wildlife. A challenge l would like to continue grasping is searching for certain kinds of species, learning where they live, the way they move, and waiting until they are approachable. I enjoy hidden places with no people around, waking up before sunrise to catch the right light, and hiding behind my lens to find the right angle.
